Leinster centre Gordon D'Arcy has been ruled out of Saturday's Magners League Grand Final against Munster at Thomond Park with an ankle injury.
D'Arcy suffered the injury during the second half of Leinster's Heineken Cup final win over Northampton and was replaced by Fergus McFadden.
McFadden is expected to be named in the Leinster starting line-up on Friday.
Isaac Boss is also an injury worry for Leinster while Munster prop Tony Buckley is out with a shoulder problem.
Buckley underwent surgery on the problem earlier this week.
Kiwi centre Sam Tuitupou, who is bound for Sale Sharks at the end of the season, is also absent from the Munster squad.
D'Arcy was forced to retire hurt 10 minutes from the end of Leinster's dramatic win over Northampton.
